On Thursday we headed down to try burgers at Trifecta Tavern & Bakery in Portland! We all immediately loved the environment at Trifecta. Unlike a lot of the other restaurants we toured, Trifecta was a really big place. We were seated at a booth that probably could have fit 8 people and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. I have to say our server was just wonderful as well.
As a starter we were given an assortment of house-made breads from the bakery – country blend, field blend and walnut wheat. I loved the country blend so much! We all ordered the Pimento Double Cheeseburger. The burger was a double patty on a brioche bun and had a tangy pimento cheese with a thousand island sauce. The burger came surrounded by a full plate of fries! It was an amazing combination! After we finished up we were given Whiskey Salted Caramels with the check.
